Manufacturing process:

1. Clean the surface: Ensure the surface of the object to be bonded or coated is thoroughly cleaned, removing rust, dust, grease, and other contaminants.
2. Applying the Adhesive: Unscrew (or trim) the cap of the adhesive tube, then squeeze the adhesive onto the thoroughly cleaned surface, ensuring even distribution.
3. Curing: Place the properly bonded or sealed components in air to allow them to cure naturally. The curing process begins from the surface
For the internal curing process, if the adhesive is applied in deeper areas—especially those that are difficult to expose to air—a complete cure can be achieved.
The curing time will be extended—if the temperature is lower, the curing duration will also increase. Under normal conditions, full curing typically takes more than 7 days.

Important notes:

After applying the adhesive, immediately tighten the cap on any unused glue and store it tightly sealed. When using it again, check if there’s a small amount of residue around the seal.
Apply a thin layer of skin; simply remove it without affecting normal use. During storage, a small amount may also appear at the tube's opening.
The solidification phenomenon can be eliminated, allowing the product to function normally without affecting its performance.

Packaging specifications:
300 ml per tube, 25 tubes per carton—quantities can also be negotiated based on customer requirements.

Storage and Transportation:
1. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C for up to 6 months. Products past their expiration date should only be used after confirming they show no abnormalities.
2. These products are classified as non-hazardous and can be transported as regular chemicals. Exercise caution to prevent leaks during transit!
